Ozzy Doberman Pinscher Young Male for sale in Bristolville, Ohio

Ozzy's story
Ozzy was found as a stray and taken to a shelter by a good Samaritan.  Despite the fact that Ozzy was severely emaciated, forty pounds under weight, had a bone deformity, pressure sores, and scarring, they observed that his spirit was unbroken.
Doberman Underground did not hesitate to take Ozzy in.  Diagnosed with Hypertrophic Osteodystrophy, we set out to determine the best course of treatment for him.  After many consultations with the specialists at The Ohio State University, it was decided that Ozzy is not in pain, has no problem with his back legs and is living a great life.  Putting Ozzy through painful, extensive surgeries would NOT be the best option to ensure he has a comfortable life.
Now that we know this, it is time to find the right adopter for Ozzy.  He wants to tell you about himself.  "First I don't know why everyone is making a big deal about my legs, I can run, play and while stairs can be challenging, I'm pretty smart so I can figure them out."
Ozzy is a special dog who deserves a wonderful family.  If you would like to be considered to adopt Ozzy, here are some things you need to know:
--Ozzy has been spoiled so he is going to need obedience training and structurejust like any other one year old Doberman!
--He may look a bit different, but he is still a young Doberman.  Giving him a job and making his mind work is very important.  While he can walk up and down steps, a one floor, ranch home would be the best environment for Ozzy now and into the future.
--Ozzy is a Romeo in disguise and loves his ladies so we would like him to have a home with another female dog close to his age and energy to play with. Kids make great playmates too for Ozzy.
--Ozzy readily gives kisses. Everything is an adventureits all new to him. We discovered that he is a master at opening doors!
We are always upfront with all adopters regarding health issues. His adopter needs to know hes not in pain, his leg issues cant get worse and they cant get better. He may benefit from water therapy. More information on his physical situation will be discussed with potential adopters.
